Sound familiar?

Running a show often means lists, lists, lists.

  • Entries by email and spreadsheet

Entries arrive through every channel, payments are matched by hand and missing documents only turn up on show day.

  • The ring schedule holds until ten

One class runs long, one animal is missing, and the printed timetable is already out of date.

  • Visitors keep asking

When is my animal in the ring, who won? The answers hang on a board somewhere in the hall.

  • Start numbers, show catalog and result lists as PDF
  • Color Champion, Grand Champion and Best of Show

Show day with check-in and ring console

Your staff check in the animals and place them at the ring on the iPad. With no signal in the hall, the app collects everything and syncs it later.

  • Check-in with microchip, color and documents
  • Tap the placings, save, publish
  • Roles for show manager, ring steward and check-in

Frequently asked questions about alpaca shows

What does it cost for organizers?

The organizer plan costs €39 a month or €390 a year. On top of that comes €1.50 per entered animal, paid by the organizer, not by the exhibitors.

Do exhibitors and visitors need a subscription?

No. Exhibitors enter their animals with a free ALPAKA.PRO account. Visitors need no account at all, the live page and results are public.

How do entry fees reach me?

Card payments and SEPA direct debits go straight to you through your own Stripe account, or exhibitors pay by bank transfer. ALPAKA.PRO issues the invoices in your name, including cancellation invoices based on your cancellation scale.

Does show day work without internet in the hall?

Yes. The ring console and check-in in the Show-Team app also work offline and send everything in the right order as soon as there is a signal again.

Can I map the rules of my show?

Yes. You set up age classes, color groups, breeds, class splits, placings, the champion chain and eligibility rules yourself and save them as a template for the next show.

How do I show the ring schedule and results on my website?

Every show has a public show page, a live page and a hall monitor. With one line of code you embed the live view in your own website.
