What does the portal cost?
That depends on the modules and the size of your association. After the first call you get a quote. There is no setup fee, and everything can be canceled monthly.
What happens to our existing data?
We take over your existing data, whether from Excel, Access or another system. Pedigrees, performance data and member lists are imported and linked. The migration is part of onboarding.
Who can see our data?
Only you. Every association gets its own database schema, and no other association has access. The data sits on servers in Germany, and you can export it at any time.
Does the portal look like ALPAKA.PRO?
No. Logo, colors, emails and web address are yours. You embed the farm finder with all member farms on your own website.
Can we start with individual modules?
Yes. You might start with member management and the farm finder and add the herd book or show management later. Every module can be canceled monthly.
What does it cost our members?
Nothing. The association pays for the portal and the booked modules, and your members use it free of charge.
How quickly can we start?
The basic installation with your branding and the base modules takes six weeks or more. Onboarding and training for your admin team are included.
Do you also support llamas and huarizos?
Yes, all New World camelids. Data fields and the herd book can be configured per species.
